Dubuque Police arrested 28 year old Robert Ware-Moore III of Dubuque on Sunday on charges of domestic assault, child endangerment and obstruction of emergency communication and warrants charging domestic assault, fifth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree theft, driving while barred, and violation of pretrial supervision. A report says that Ware-Moore assaulted 26 year old Alyson Hansel of Dubuque in the presence of a 1-year-old child on Sunday and assaulted 29 year old Jewell Kieffer of Dubuque on August 22nd.
