No injuries were reported when a semi-tractor trailer rolled over along Dodge Street in Dubuque on Thursday, causing traffic problems for hours. 29 year old Demarcus Tinnel of Mendota, Illinois, was driving a semi east on Dodge Street just east of the ramps to Bryant Street just after 3pm when the semi left the roadway on a curve and rolled over. He was not injured, but the semi, owned by Choices Logistics Services of Illinois was totaled and had to be towed from the scene. The crash reduced the eastbound lane Dodge Street near the crash scene to one lane for hours. Tinnel was cited with failure to maintain control of his vehicle.
