Dubuque Police arrested19 year old Jalynn Durrah of Dubuque Thursday on charges of two counts of fifth-degree criminal mischief and one count each of assault on persons in certain occupations, disorderly conduct, interference with official acts and public intoxication. Reports say Durrah assaulted Officer Thomas Warner on Wednesday night.
