Darlington Man Arrested Following Hit and Run

Darlington police arrested 27 year old Andy Velasquez-Garay of Darlington on Tuesday for obstruction of justice following an investigation relating to a hit-and-run crash that occurred on November 20th.  Velasquez-Garay was also issued citations relating to the crash for: operating without a valid license, hit-and-run–unattended vehicle, and no insurance.   Velasquez-Garay was booked into the Lafayette County Jail and later released on a signature bond.
