Man Arrested On Drug Charges in Dubuque

Dubuque Police arrested 36 year old Joseph Evilsizer Thursday in the 1400 block of Washington Street on charges of unlawful possession of a prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts and publicly under the influence of a controlled substance.
