Police said a man from Dubuque sexually assaulted two women and a girl multiple times between 2019 and this fall in Dubuque. 33 year old John Laida, was arrested Monday on warrants charging third-degree sexual abuse-child victim and four counts of third-degree sexual abuse. According to a report, Laida is accused of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 16 multiple times between July 1, 2021, and Oct. 24 and a 28-year-old woman multiple times in 2019 at a Dubuque residence. Laida also is accused of sexually assaulting a 21-year-old woman he knew approximately three times at a Dubuque residence. The most recent assault was in the fall.
