Dubuque Woman Gts Arrested on Drug Possession Charges

Dubuque Police arrested 31 year old Sasha Ginter of Dubuque Sunday on charges of unlawful possession of a prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-offense operating while intoxicated, as well as warrants charging two counts of failure to appear in court.
