JANESVILLE, Wis. — A Navy recruiter accused of using his position to sexually assault children made a virtual appearance in Rock County court Wednesday as more victims have been added to the allegations against him.
Since the time Bryan Bradley-Hubbard was charged with four counts of child enticement and two counts of sexual assault of a child, two more alleged victims have come forward, leading prosecutors to amend their initial criminal complaint against him.
In court Wednesday, Bradley-Hubbard’s bond conditions were changed to include no-contact orders against those two additional people. However, the court is now allowing him to have contact with his two-year-old daughter while the case plays out after prosecutors did not object to the change. It is the only exception to a bond condition that bans him from having intentional contact with minors.
A preliminary hearing in the case is now being scheduled for Friday, January 13, where victims will be given the opportunity to attend the proceedings and potentially speak.
Bradley-Hubbard is still being held in the Rock County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
