MADISON, Wis. — A Fitchburg woman charged in a shooting that injured a 22-year-old man in Madison earlier this year was bound over for trial Wednesday.
Zanya Anderson, 18, is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide. Online court records show she stood mute during an arraignment Wednesday an the Court entered a Not Guilty plea.

Anderson is one of three people charged in the shooting, which occurred near the intersection of Leland Drive and Balsam Road on Aug. 5. Damarion Pollard, 18, is charged with attempted first-degree intentional homicide and two counts of felony bail jumping. Jevante Koger, 18, is charged with attempted first-degree homicide as a party to a crime.
A criminal complaint alleges Anderson and Pollard pointed guns at the victim prior to the shooting. When the victim ran away, he reportedly heard four or five shots and felt he had been shot in the buttocks.

The victim showed up at Meriter Hospital shortly after the shooting and was taken by paramedics to UW Hospital for treatment.
