WAUNAKEE, Wis. — All westbound lanes of Highway 19 at Highway 12 west of Waunakee are currently blocked because of a crash, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
The DOT says the crash happened at about 7:30 a.m. Friday.
With all westbound lanes of Highway 19 blocked, officials are recommending that people take a detour of heading south on County Road P to Martinsville Road, then west on Martinsville Road to Whippoorwil Road, then north on Whippoorwil Road back to Highway 19.
The DOT expects the westbound lanes of Highway 19 to be closed for about an hour.
