PLATTEVILLE, Wis. — Authorities in Grant County have recruited state investigators to help find a man who has been missing from the Platteville area since early December 2022.
Ronald Henry, 34, was last seen at a friend’s home outside of Platteville on December 4 of last year; law enforcement said later that week that Henry hadn’t been heard from since then, which is out of character.
In an updated press release shared Thursday, officials with the Grant County Sheriff’s Office said they’re now working with the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation to conduct interviews with people in the area who knew or had contact with him prior to his disappearance.
Authorities said they plan to use those interviews to determine if any information gathered may be helpful in their search for Henry.

In addition, Grant County authorities said they’re planning another search of the area where Henry was last seen.
Henry is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 170 pounds. He was last seen wearing a heavy blue winter coat, basketball shorts and dark tennis shoes.
Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 608-723-2157.
