Dubuque firefighters are on the scene of a garage and fire officials have confirmed there is a fatality related to this fire. The fire is at a garage  in the alley north of West 14th Street between Iowa Street and Central Avenue. According to a report, the roof of the garage has been cut open to address the fire.
