Ridgeway Marshal Shares More Information on Recent Arrests

The Village of Ridgeway Marshal’s Office shared additional information on recent arrests of multiple people this past week. On Tuesday, a deputy arrested 24 year old Kaitlin Tempest of Ridgeway. The deputy observed Tempest engaging in suspicious behavior with another person later identified as 23 year old Autumn Kivi of Prairie du Chien. During the arrest, another person was identified at the residence. 28 year old Julien Harris was wanted in Iowa for providing drugs into institutions, obstructions, escape from custody, and a sex offender violation. During the contact, Kivi ingested an unknown substance. Ridgeway First Response and Barneveld Area Rescue Squad were staged near the location of the incident as there were concerns over Fentanyl exposure to the officers. Kivi was treated and transported by Barneveld EMS to a local hospital, where she was admitted.
