Arrest On Multiple Charges Including False Imprisonment

Dubuque Police arrested 34 year old Maurice Angry on Monday on warrants charging false imprisonment, domestic assault with strangulation, domestic assault with injury, first-degree harassment, fourth-degree theft and four counts of child endangerment.
