Roelli Cheese Recognized in U.S. Cheese Championship

Out of the over 2200 entries into the 2023 United States Cheese Championship, an entry by Roelli Cheese of Shullsburg has been recognized. Roelli Haus Select Cheddar has been judged to be in the top 20 best in show. The champions will be announced via livestream yet today.
