Farley Man Arrested by Dubuque Police

A man from Farley was arrested by Dubuque Police Monday. 21 year old Eric Stelken was arrested around 3:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of Rockdale Road on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana and a warrant charging probation violation.
