Tri-state Forum on the Opioid Crisis will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, March 29, at Grand River Center. The forum will feature presentations from experts in the fields of law enforcement, emergency medicine, drug treatment and counseling. The forum is free for the public to attend, but tickets are required. Tickets can be found at cityofdubuque.org/OpiateForum.
