Two People Arrested For Domestic Assault

Two people are facing domestic assault charges after being arrested by Dubuque Police. 24 year old Damon Melde and 23 year old Caleb Melde, both of Dubuque, were arrested around 12:45 a.m. Monday at their residence on charges of domestic assault.
