Coming up in two weeks is the 12th annual Julien Dubuque International Film Festival and organizers are getting things ready. The festival will run from April 26th thru April 30th in downtown Dubuque. The nominees for the main award categories have just been announced which include: Best Feature, Best Documentary, Best Short One, and Best Short Two. Out of over 100 submissions from around the world, 180 films have been selected to be screened at the festival.
