City of Dubuque health officials seek the public’s help obtaining information about a dog involved in a biting incident this week. The incident occurred at about 2 p.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of Kane Street and the dog was running loose at the time. The dog is described as brown, being approximately a foot-and-a-half tall, with short hair and floppy ears. The dog ran east after the incident. Health Services Department officials need help finding the dog to verify its health status and vaccination history. Officials ask that anyone with information about the incident contact the Health Services Department at 563-589-4185 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center at 563-589-4415 after hours or on the weekend.
