A Richland Center man was arrested for his fourth OWI Friday after he was involved in a crash. According to the Sauk County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy was dispatched to a three-vehicle crash with injuries on County Highway H near Keenan Court around 4 p.m. 52 year old Bobby Waldner was identified as one of the drivers involved, and the deputy saw that Waldner appeared to be impaired. Waldner was then arrested for his fourth OWI.
