Dubuque Man Arrested For Injuring An Officer

Dubuque Police arrested 31 year old Scott Smith of Dubuque Sunday at his residence on charges of domestic assault with injury, domestic assault and interference with official acts with injury. Reports say Smith injured a Dubuque Police Department officer when he was being taken into custody.
