Overturned Semi Blocks Base Of Julien Dubuque Bridge

Roads reopened early Tuesday evening after a semi-tractor trailer crash at the base of the Julien Dubuque Bridge. According to the Dubuque Police Department, around 4pm, an overturned semi blocked the northbound lanes on Locust Street at the foot of the Julien Dubuque Bridge. Motorists were asked to avoid the intersection of Locust Street and Dodge Street. The semi contained a load of steel pallets. No injuries were reported.
