Epworth Man Arrested For Domestic Assault

A man from Epworth was arrested by Dubuque County Authorities Sunday night. 57 year old Mark McPoland of Epworth was arrested around 7:15 p.m. Sunday at his residence on charges of domestic assault with injury and domestic assault.
