The four people who were arrested for the murder of 31 year old Lonnie Burns of Dubuque allegedly planned for days to rob him of drugs and money before the man was ultimately shot and killed. 30 year old Jermaine Bolds of Dubuque; 16 year old Tiarha Godwin of Maquoketa, and 18 year old Laniga Hannon of Dubuque, were arrested Tuesday on warrants charging first-degree murder and first-degree robbery in relation to the February 7th shooting death of Burns of Dubuque. 24 year old Aaron Johnson of Chicago, previously was charged with first-degree murder, first-degree robbery and possession of a firearm in connection with the shooting. He has pleaded not guilty. Drugs , money, and other people were involved in the incident.
