A southwest Wisconsin man was among four people sentenced to federal prison for their roles in a website focused on child exploitation. 25 year old Matthew Martin of Lancaster, was sentenced to six years and eight months in federal prison after pleading guilty to a charge of participation in a child exploitation enterprise in a federal court in Virginia. According to a release from the U.S. Department of Justice, Martin and his three co-defendants, from Florida, Washington and Ohio were prominent members of a website dedicated to child exploitation. A report says Martin repeatedly distributed images of child sexual abuse on the site. The indictment was filed against the defendants in July.
