The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department conducted a welfare check near Main Street in the Village of Highland Monday around 10am. Officials found that 26 year old Donna Mcintyre of Highland had an outstanding warrant out of Grant County. Mcintyre was taken to the Grant County Jail.
