A $1 million bond has been set for 28 year old Terry Valrie of Dubuque. Valrie is charged with first-degree murder and first-degree robbery in relation to the February 7th shooting death of 31 year old Lonnie Burns of Dubuque. Valrie was arrested Thursday by U.S. Marshals in Rock Island County, Illinois. His initial appearance took place Saturday, where his bond was set by Magistrate Matthew Boleyn. His next court hearing is set for June 6th.
