Dubuque Man Arrested For Possession of a Dangerous Weapon

A 22 year old Dubuque Man was arrested just after midnight Saturday. Samuel English was arrested around 12:15 a.m. Saturday in the 2400 block of Central Avenue on charges of possession of a dangerous weapon while under the influence and publicly under the influence of a controlled substance.
