A Dubuque man is charged with attempted murder for allegedly stabbing a man multiple times during an altercation in Dubuque. According to authorities, 32 year old Lorenzo Eggleston is charged with attempted murder, willful injury causing serious injury, going armed with intent, participating in a riot, unlawful assembly and assault with a dangerous weapon. 25 year old Cory Jones suffered five or six stab wounds after he reported he was jumped by a group of men near Central Avenue on May 28th.
