Bellevue Man Arrested By Dubuque Police

Dubuque Police arrested 39 year old Eric Schmidt of Bellevue on Monday in the 2100 block of Twin Valley Drive on charges of second-degree harassment and interference with official acts as well as an out-of-jurisdiction warrant.
