Dubuque Woman Arrested For Assault and Drug Possession

Dubuque Police arrested 43 year old Jessica Crowder of Dubuque Tuesday on charges of assault on persons in certain occupations, possession of THC, operating while intoxicated and interference with official acts. According to a report, Crowder assaulted a Dubuque police officer while being taken into custody.
