Police in Dubuque arrested 34 year old Davalle Blanks of Dubuque Sunday around 2am in the area of First and Main streets on charges of assault on persons in certain occupations with injury, possession of marijuana, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Reports say that Blanks also assaulted a Dubuque police officer when he was taken into custody.
