Dubuque Woman Arrested For Meth, Possession of Burglary Tools

Dubuque Police arrested 33 year Marie Bissey of Dubuque Tuesday in the 3800 block of Central Avenue on charges of possession of burglary tools, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts and permitting an unauthorized person to drive.
