A man from Galena was arrested by Dubuque Police Wednesday. 43 year old Garrett Brokus, was arrested at around 3:45 p.m. Wednesday in the 1400 block of Washington Street in Dubuque on charges of third-degree burglary and two counts of interference with official acts.
