Suspiciously Parked Vehicle Leads To OWI Arrest

Officials in Iowa County received a report of a suspiciously parked vehicle at Wal-Mart in Dodgeville around 10pm Wednesday. The caller suspected the driver was impaired. Dodgeville Police responded to the complaint and located the vehicle. Following a short investigation, the driver, 32 year old Thomas Jones of Dodgeville was placed under arrest and charged with Operating While Intoxicated. Jones was taken to the Iowa County Jail where was booked on the charge and remains in custody.
