Dubuque Man Arrested On Drug Possession Charges

Police in Dubuque arrested 43 year old Ian Bonnette of rural Dubuque Tuesday around 1:40pm at his residence on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of cannabidiol and possession of drug paraphernalia.
