Dubuque Police arrested 38 year old Lamieor Billings Jr. of Dubuque shortly after 2am Thursday in the 500 block of Clarke Drive on charges of domestic assault, third-degree criminal mischief, possession of marijuana, third-degree harassment and assault on persons in certain occupations. A report says that Billings assaulted a Dubuque police officer during his arrest.
