Dubuque Police Officer Assaulted, Dubuque Man Arrested

Dubuque Police arrested 28 year old Devonte Ellison of Dubuque around 1am Sunday in the area of First and Main streets on charges of assault on persons in certain occupations, assault causing bodily injury and interference with official acts. Reports say that Ellison assaulted a Dubuque police officer.
