Man Threatened By Another Man With an Ax Handle

Dubuque Police say a man threatened another man with an axe handle. The incident took place on July 16th .59 year old David Schetgen was arrested just after 11pm Tuesday in the area of West 32nd Street and Central Avenue on warrants charging two county of of first degree harassment and one count each of assault while displaying a dangerous weapon, assault while causing bodily injury, and and failure to appear.
