Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure and Drug Possession

Officials with the Dubuque Police Department say they arrested 48 year old Brian Rooney on Saturday around 5am in the area of West Third and Iowa streets on charges of indecent exposure and possession of drug paraphernalia.
