Police say a Dubuque man exposed his genitals to a toddler earlier this year. 22 year old Demario Moore of Dubuque was arrested at 3 p.m. Tuesday at his residence on a warrant charging assault with intent to commit sexual abuse, indecent exposure and enticing a minor under age 13. Reports say that Moore exposed his genitals to a girl under age 3 on May 17, at a residence in Dubuque. Moore’s actions were witnessed by other occupants of the residence and were captured by a surveillance camera within the residence. Police interviewed Moore on July 19 and he admitted to his actions during the incident in May.
