Dubuque Man Arrested For Domestic Assault Causing Injury

Dubuque Police arrested 35 year old Maurice Snipe of Dubuque on Thursday at his residence on warrants charging two counts of domestic assault causing injury and one count each of domestic assault impeding air flow causing injury, domestic assault impeding air flow and obstruction of emergency communications.
