Mineral Point Fire and EMS responded to Highway 23 in Willow Springs Township Sunday around 1:15pm for a two vehicle accident. According to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department, 42 year old Robert Phillips of, Darlington was traveling on Highway 23 when he struck a vehicle driven by 22 year old Austin Burbach of, Sun Prairie. Phillips was cited for Inattentive Driving.
