Dubuque Fall Recreational Programs Begin This Week

Registration for Dubuque fall recreational programs open this week. City of Dubuque Leisure Services will begin accepting registrations at 9 a.m. Wednesday. An announcement says that programs through the city’s Recreation Division, as well as the Multicultural Family Center and Carnegie-Stout Public Library are included.
