Iowa County authorities received a report of a traffic complaint with a possible intoxicated driver on Highway 151 Tuesday around midnight. Iowa County Deputies and the Ridgeway Marshal responded to the area. As a result of this complaint, three traffic stops were made. 26 year old Katrina Houtakker,of Shullsburg was arrested on charges of Operating Under the Influence. 46 year old Stephanie Crowther of Madison was arrested on charges of Operating Under the Influence. 29 year old Einar Frimodt of Madison was arrested on charges of Operating Under the Influence. All three drivers were taken to Upland Hills Hospital for testing and later released to responsible parties.
