Dubuque Police arrested 23 year old Roy Shirkey around 9:20 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Main Street on a charge of interference with official acts causing bodily injury. A report says that a police officer was injured when Shirkey resisted arrest as he was being taken into custody.
