Dubuque Police arrested 53 year old Marcus Gordon around 4:44 a.m. Sunday in the 2900 block of Kaufmann Avenue on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, interference with official acts and a warrant charging failure to appear.
