A deputy from the Lafayette County Sheriff’s department responded to County Highway K in Darlington Township just after 5:30 pm Tuesday for a one vehicle accident. 19 year old Domminus Anzaldua of, Darlington was traveling south on County Highway K and failed to negotiate a turn, entered a ditch, struck a sign and came to rest in the ditch. No injuries were reported. Anzaldua’s vehicle was towed from the scene with disabling damage. Anzaldua was cited for Failure to Maintain Control of his vehicle.
