Belmont Fire and EMS responded to Highway 81 in Elk Grove Township Wednesday around 2pm for a one vehicle rollover accident. 19 year old Conner Rodriguez of Freeport, Illinois was traveling east on Highway 81 when he crossed the center line, entered a ditch and overturned. No injuries were reported and Rodriguez’s vehicle was towed from the scene with disabling damage.
